Ok, maybe this is a really dumb question, and this is my first post on here. But on the main zone bbs page under the News And Support heading, I see, this:

... and so on, up to
Meet the Staff - Send an Email directly to the admins
Contact Support - Send an Email directly to the admins
When I click the Meet the Staff link, I get a page with a list of admins and cl's. Not a contact page. Yet the description next to it not only matches the one for contact support, but also suggests that it points to the same page, which it doesn't. Am I the only one who finds that a little weird?
I only pointed this out because I'm pretty much brand new here, and I wanted to contact support about something that probably wouldn't be too appropriate for the Q and A board. But when I clicked that link, quite naturally, I got the wrong page.
We know that's a problem. The contact support link takes you to where you can send emails to the admins. The point of the meet the staff page was so users could learn more about the admins, and the CL's who do most of the daily running of the site. How they both got labeled the same way, none of us know. We've pointed this out to Chris and J before. You are not the first person who has been confused by it. However, it has not been changed, and unfortunately, we as CL's do not have the power to change it. So, in your case, the link you want is the one that says contact support. I'm not sure about the others, but I have listed an email for myself on the meet the staff page. You are welcome to use it, but keep in mind that there is much we as CL's do not have the power to change and/or fix around here.
to true, and the cls are a very helpful bunch, who are typically blamed for everything under the sun, and over it too, which is definitely not their fault.
I figured the cl's didn't have much control where website design is concerned. My question was simply whether I could try out premium access for a week, since I obviously missed the party when everyone else tried it out, and am considering buying it. I already sent it to support though, and we'll see what happens.
It's odd that nobody's changed the label on the main page, it's a simpel matter of editing one line of one page accordingly. Oh well.
I'll bring it up again, and see what happens. No promises, but reminders never hurt. Smile.
